Yes! you read it right. The last thing you eat in every meal can have a lasting effect on your health. The good news here is, you will not be buying expensive supplements from the drug store or hunting around for some elusive oriental Herb. The magic superfood recommended to you is the good old “Yogurt” or the homemade “Curd”. In fact homemade yogurt/curd is even better than the flavoured version.

Sir, It was an intresting article. However, I have heard doctors advicing to avoid yoghurt after dinner as it tends to give acidity. Do you have any related article on that ? And regarding water, one should drink at least 30-45 minutes prior to or after a meal, but not with the meal or immediately after the meal and prefferably luke warm.
