It is said that women like men who are tall, dark and handsome and men like women with never ending long legs…. ;) . Men are supposed to continue growing till the age of twenty five and women reach their maximum height by the age of eighteen and twenty. Even though we say this, most human beings do not reach their maximum height. This is because of a variety of things like lack of nutritious food, proper exercise and bad posture. In this article I would like to focus on women. I do not know any magic tricks to gain you that extra inches which is not yours.
